We had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle to come get us and it was full, not covid safe, will never use Walley Park again.
If it was an option, I would give MINUS 5 stars!!! We got to the airport in plenty of time, we are Wally Park members and have been since it opened. The shuttle was over 35 minutes late and by the time I got to the ticket counter to check my bag, I had missed the cut off. I couldn’t check my bag, they canceled my flight, they rescheduled me for the next flight 8 hours later to the East Coast and told me I would have to miss the rehearsal dinner for a wedding. HORRID Customer Service, awful drivers who CANT DRIVE nor help with bags upon exiting shuttle. Just stayed seated. AVOID AVOID AVOID and take an Uber!

If You have any other option for parking I would use it. This place is a dump, they don’t care about your needs and getting you to the airport on time. The shuttle fits 8-10 people and comes every 30 minutes when they advertise 5-10. They are rude and more worried about calling their friends and talking on their personal phone than actually helping. Disgrace of a business...
Really disappointed. This is the third time Wally has over booked the Premier Garage. It is really disappointing that Wally Park cannot get its reservation system fixed in over a year.
ads say 7.95/day. sign outside lot says 7.95/day. just paid over 83 for 5 1/2 days. I'm sure its in the fine print somewhere. still bait and switch. liars.

We always have used wally park when flying out of DIA. But this morning we had to wait 30 minutes for a bus to get to the airport. The driver told us they only had 2 buses running today. Pay your employees enough that they stick around so that you can provide decent service. Will be looking for another parking location next time we travel.
The absolute worst remote parking shirt. Unresponsive inconsiderate.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They need to be reported to Better Business Bureau. This is the 3rd time we waited for. Pick up more than 45 minutes. This pure theft!!
We came from the San Diego Wally park, very easy to use, the drivers were very professional. Wanda drove us back and she was super nice and fun. We would recommend this car park if you plan to travel.
I think they do a great job when you first arrive and get you to the airport, but on the way back, you are sort of left to figure things out on your own (were your cart is, what you have to do).
Overall, still a good experience.

We booked Wallypark & they were terrible, we returned from Jax called they said ok driver is on the way. We waited 20min. (We were last terminal) No show we called again, they said driver is on the way....20min. later driver finally came.I would not recommend.
The service at this garage is TERRIBLE! The facilities are nice, and the shuttle over to LAX was fine, but the pick-up was the absolute worst experience we ever have had. I thought we would give WallyPark a chance, since it previously was one of the more expensive, nicer parking garage choices at LAX. Not anymore! After a late arrival into LAX at 11 PM, we waited a half hour at the courtesy shuttle stop, watching as all the other parking garage shuttles stopped multiples times for their lucky passengers. Meanwhile, not one but two not even half-empty WallyPark shuttles sped by in the far left lane, obviously with no intention of picking us up, even though we were frantically waving our arms to stop. I finally had to call up WallyPark to ask that the shuttle actually stop and pick us up, like they are supposed to. Only then did they finally come pick us up. The driver was less than apologetic for the terrible customer service, and there was nobody at the front desk when we finally arrived back at the garage to address our concerns. I will NEVER use this overpriced, underserving parking garage again, and I will definitely share our experience with others to warn them not to suffer the same fate.
We recently used Wally Park by the San Diego airport, and Michael Boykins was our shuttle driver from the parking garage to the airport. Michael was kind, courteous, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our drive with him, and he had lots of great information for us. Based on our experience with Michael Boykins I would highly recommend Wally Park in San Diego!
